Group meetings

In video meetings, everyone must have a camera turned on to ensure the safety of others but you can participate by talking or just listening, whatever makes you feel comfortable!

  1. You agree to respect everyone equally

  2. You agree to use everyone's correct names and pronouns

  3. You agree with the confidentiality in the group discussion and acknowledge the need to keep personal information shared in the group private

  4. You agree to maintain safe space on the meetings

  5. You agree that Dakota may use the matters discussed in the meetings anonymously in the context of education

  6. You agree with the age limit of the group (+18y) and if necessary, you agree to prove your age 

  7.  You agree with the fee without cancellation refund

  8. With this agreement, you take full responsibility for your own actions and life.

Private meetings

  1. You agree with the age limit of the meetings (+18y) and if necessary, you agree to prove your age. Customers under the age of 18 will be required to provide parental consent.

  2.  You agree with the cancellation policy. All missed sessions will be payable- 50% of the full fee. No sessions cancelled within less than 24h are charged at the full price of the private session. Payments are to be made within 48h of the session. 

  3. Dakota will ensure that your confidentiality will be maintained, unless not to disclose would cause danger or serious harm to others.

  4. You agree that Dakota may use the matters discussed in the meetings anonymously in the context of education.

  5. With this agreement, you take full responsibility for your own actions and life.
